Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is it and what does it do?
A: The idea behind the Quietspace 3D tiles is to absorb sound and reduce the reflected sound to improve sound quality in the room. The 3D Tiles have stylish contemporary designs. The product is recyclable and is also made from 60% recycled material.

Q: Is it really going to make an audible difference?
A: Quietspace 3D Tiles work best in rooms that have many hard surfaces and few soft furnishings. Soft furnishings such as sofas, rugs and heavy drapes all absorb sound and reflect very little sound. But, if your room has few of these then the chances are that there is a significant amount of reflected sound. The reflected sound combines to interfere with the directly heard sound and this makes it more difficult to comprehend human speech and to degrade the quality of music.

In these circumstances Quietspace 3D Tiles will make an appreciable difference by eliminating much of the reflected sound.

Q: How are Quietspace 3D Tiles installed?
A: Installation instructions are provided. Purpose made plastic clips are screw fixed to the wall and the 3D Tiles simply clip into the clips. When complete the clips are not seen.

Q: What if I am not handy to screw fix clips into the wall?
A: You might want to check out our Peel N Stick Tiles which as the name implies, are simply peel of the liner and stick to the wall. You might need more of these for the same effect but they are super easy to install.

Q: What do I do if the product is faulty?
A: The ecoMaster return policy can be found on the website.

Q: Is there a warranty on this product?
A: ecoMaster products carry a 2 year warranty as long as the product is installed according to our instructions.

Q: Is there a warranty on the installation of the product?
A: As it is a DIY product, we cannot provide an installation warranty as the installation process is out of our control.
