Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: All AusPost orders are picked, packed and despatched within 2 business days.  Our experience with AusPost indicates that your order will be delivered within 2 - 5 business days.  Clearly this will fluctuate at peak shipping times such as Christmas.

Q: What happens if my order gets lost during transit?
A: On rare occasions we have had orders go missing. ecoMaster has solid procedures in place and photograph every order that leaves our warehouse.  The delivery of our orders at the local post office are videoed and we track the progress of orders.  If a delivery date appears to be beyond expectation, we will raise a query with AusPost on your behalf.  If your order cannot be found during transit, we will send a replacement.  

Q: What happens if my order is stolen after delivery?
A: We will check with AusPost to ensure that the order was delivered to the correct address.  If that is confirmed, and your order has been stolen from your home after delivery, please raise a Police report.

Effective and Safe Solution for Clearing Drains and Toilets

The delivery of the product was impressively fast, arriving just a few days after placing the order. Although the product details on the website were somewhat lacking, I decided to proceed based on word-of-mouth recommendations. This solution proves to be effective for clearing slow moving drains and toilets. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the powder needs to be mixed with water and that one packet treats four drains. Unfortunately, as videos do not work for me, I was unable to access any additional information that may have been provided in the video.
While the product does not produce instant results, it begins to work within a few days and gradually becomes effective. It is worth noting that when mixed, the solution takes on a rather unattractive brown colour, resembling an unflushed toilet. However, leaving it for approximately 12 hours leads to noticeable improvements. One of the standout features of this product is its safety and natural composition, which provides reassurance against the use of harsh chemicals. Whether you have a septic system or not, I highly recommend this product for clearing drains and toilets.
