Once you have received notification that your order is ready for collection, the address for collection is:

This is a collection point only and is not constantly staffed. If you arrive on any other day, there will be no one there to assist you. Your order will not be able to be collected.

Directions

99 Bikes is on the corner of Bell Street and Chifley Drive.
Turn into Chifley Drive, past 99 Bikes and Belchif Snack Bar (where the coffee is excellent, by the way).
Turn into the first driveway entrance immediately after Belchief.
Our Click and Collect location is on the right hand side, 3 units in from Chifley Drive.
We share this location with Bike N Blend.

Delays in Collecting your Order?

From being advised that your order is ready, a prompt collection will provide you with the benefits you seek.

Your order will be held at Preston for 2 weeks ONLY from when you were advised it is ready for collection. After that time, your order will be removed to an off site storage location and will not be available for collection without 1 week prior notice (subject to stock availability). This is due to space constraints at the Preston Collection Centre.

ecoMaster reserve the right, if your order is not collected within 6 months from when your order was made available for collection, to cancel the order and the value of the order be refunded to you less admin and storage costs.

This refund will incur a 4% fee in admin fees (which covers the non refundable costs from our webstore administrators and credit card fee processors) and 0.5% of the total order value per week in storage fees.

Great product!

Our north facing bay window is perfect for warming the house in winter, but has been a really problematic in summer, despite the heavy curtains. Renshade is perfect for seasonal use, and makes a substantial difference to the temperature in the house. Our next biggest problem areas are west facing, but are located off a side verandah. Trying to work out the best approach for our next steps… Renshade under the laserlite or Renshade directly to the window and French doors. Looking forward to a much more comfortable existence next summer!
