A: Video instructions for this product are underway at the moment.
Q: Are you able to install it for me? If so, how much will it cost?

Q: Will my window still open and close after this product is installed?
A: Yes! Draught Dodgers do not affect the functionality of your windows after installation.
If the product DOES affect the functionality of the windows, it will have been installed incorrectly.
Q: How do I know the product has worked?
A: Close the window onto a sheet of paper. Try to pull the paper out of the window. There should be friction to pull the paper out whilst the window is closed.
Q: If it keeps in warm air in winter, will my home overheat in summer?
A: Draught Dodgers are designed to eliminate uncontrolled ventilation. By draught proofing, every opening is gently and securely sealed off to keep unwanted air leakage at bay, prevent the outdoor temperature from affecting your indoor comfort, and minimise the need for additional heating and cooling.
Q: How long will this product last for?
A: When installed correctly and out of the weather, it has a warranty for 2 years but you can expect it will last at least 10 years. Our products are designed to last.
Q: What do I do if the product is faulty?
A: The ecoMaster return policy can be found on the website:
https://ecomasterstore.com.au/pages/refund-policy
Q: I'm wondering why the Draught Dodger component is not sticking to my joinery. It let go after a few days even though I cleaned the surface thoroughly.
A: The adhesive used in our Draught Dodgers range is potentially incompatible with some raw timber finishes which includes, but may not be limited to, Sikkens Cetol BLX-Pro. If the Draught Dodgers have come away from the surface, they can be re-fixed with brads (small nails) to hold it them in place. Please be sure to use the fitting packer to get the best performance out of your Draught Dodgers.
Q: Is there a warranty on this product?
A: ecoMaster products carry a 2 year warranty as long as the product is installed according to our instructions.
Q: Is there a warranty on the installation of the product?
A: As it is a DIY product, we cannot provide an installation warranty as the installation process is out of our control.
