Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment with the delivery time and sizing issue, and we appreciate the opportunity to address this.
You placed your order on Saturday, 12th July. As we are closed on weekends, your order was processed when we returned to work on Monday, 14th July, and scheduled for courier collection on Tuesday, 16th July. Unfortunately, the allocated driver was unable to collect on that day, which shifted the next available collection to Friday, 18th July, we operate on two collection days per week.
Your order was delivered three business days later. While this is longer than the usual turnaround, delays with freight can occur from time to time, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We do, however, want to clarify that while it was a longer wait than expected, it wasn't an indefinite delay.
Regarding sizing, we always recommend checking the product specifications and sizing details. These are provided on the product page to help ensure the best fit. That said, we understand this can still happen, and we’re more than happy to assist with an exchange or alternative solution.
