Can I collect my order from the Batemans Bay depot? 

Unfortunately no.
Your order will be delivered from the Canberra depot.  The good news is that the team in the Canberra depot are focused on providing great a customer experience  and do their very best to provide a matching delivery service. 

Is there any delay in getting my order? 

Generally underfloor insulation is held in the Canberra depot, so the lead times are quite short.  However, the demand for underfloor insulation can be quite high during the cooler months, so there may be a short delay.  Please order early to avoid being caught in the winter delay. 

Where can you deliver to?  

We can ship to Batemans Bay and the South Coast Region.  Freighters may be able to deliver further afield. Please contact us with your location for a freight quote. 

How will my order be delivered? 

Your order will be delivered by a CSR driver.
