Door Draught Excluder - RP1 - Fluffy Roller - Over Carpetted Areas - How To

RP1 Door Draught Seal a Great Solution for Carpeted Rooms

The RP1 door draught excluder sits in two slotted hooks fitted to the back of your internal door. It rolls across the floor as doors open and close, and moves up and down as the floor level changes. The clever design allows the soft roller to seal gaps so draughts can’t sneak into your room.

What you will need:

  • * Pencil
  • * Measuring tape
  • * Sharp knife
  • * Drill fitted with 2.5mm drill bit
  •

Hacks:

  • * The roller has one solid end and one soft end. The soft end sits at the hinge side of the door.
  • * Trim the soft end to length with a sharp knife blade, turning the roller as you cut to ensure a straight edge.
  • * Mark where hooks are screwed into the door then use a 2.5mm drill bit to pre-drill holes. This may not be necessary for softwood doors.
