Happy with the product, I feel like it is making a difference under the house. Didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks and then received an email about picking up the product the next day. When I went to collect it, I was told it didn’t make it on the truck and would have to come back tomorrow, and then it still wasn’t delivered to the warehouse. 3rd time was the charm and we could collect it. Like anything, timely communication is important and it was lacking here.

The length of the for fitting was about 25-30cms short, so it doesn't seal all the way from top to bottom leaving a gap.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. The RP78 single door set comes with 2 x 2100mm and 1 x 1000mm lengths, the measurements are clearly listed under the specifications tab on the product page.
These sizes fit the vast majority of standard doors, but as some doors can be taller, we always recommend measuring before purchase to make sure you’ll have the right coverage.
If your door is taller than 2100mm, you will likely need to choose a product specification that suits your particular door.
As the RP78 is a screw fixed product, you can unscrew it and fit a more appropriate solution.

Thanks for your review. We always recommend measuring first to make sure you get the right coverage. Looking at your order, you chose the RP35 in 820mm — if you’d ordered the 920mm, you could have trimmed it down to fit your door perfectly from side to side.
