What is it?
A complete DIY system to insulate your fixed single-glazed windows using clear acrylic panels you source locally.
You get everything else, cut to size, no measuring nightmares, no stress.

But don’t worry — we can point you to other options that may suit your home better.
We designed and created different ecoGlaze pathways tailored to fit different types of windows.

Fixed Timber Windows
The best place to start!!
For timber windows that do not open. This is the simplest ecoGlaze option for first-timers, with Ready-To-Go Kits designed to make DIY feel much easier.

Ideal for trying ecoGlaze in one room first
We just need to check that this system will fit your window
From the window glass to the edge of your fixed window frame, you will need a minimum of 40mm for ecoGlaze Fixed system to fit. Measure all sides using the below image as reference.

If you have less than 40mm of exposed timber, your windows may suit the On Sash System. If you are not sure, please email us images of your windows.

Opening Awning Timber Windows
DIY ready now
For timber awning or wind out windows. This pathway is designed for windows that still need to open and function beautifully. Also with Ready-To-Go Kits designed to make DIY feel much easier.
Windows that wind out or push out from the bottom
We just need to check that this system will fit your window
From the window glass to the edge of your fixed window frame, you will need a minimum of 26mm for ecoGlaze Fixed system to fit. Measure all sides using the below image as reference.

Double Hung Timber Windows
DIY coming soon
For traditional timber double hung windows with moving top and bottom sashes. We have a specialised ecoGlaze pathway for these windows, but the DIY version is not ready for general release yet.

Casement Windows & French Doors
For timber casement or ‘push out’ or ‘open inwards’ windows french or double doors. This pathway is designed for windows that still need to open and function beautifully.

- Windows that push out and open like a barn door
