How long would it take to ship the Gift Card?

Shipping is very prompt as the Gift Card comes in the form of an email. As soon as your payment has been authorised, an ecoMaster team member will issue the Gift Card to your email address.

If you have left the purchase of your Gift Card to the very, very last minute, please jump onto the “Chat with us” function to alert the team to issue the Gift Card for you.

 

How will the Gift Card be delivered?

Gift Cards will be emailed to you. Please ensure your email address is accurate.

 

Where can you deliver to?

The recipient of the gift Card can use all or part of the Card towards any item on the ecoMasterStore.

 

Can I collect the Gift Card?

Yes - you can. There is a Pickup option in the checkout process. But seriously, why would you?? Emailing it directly to you is much better. :-)
