Passion for Retrofit

 

ecoMaster’s passion for retrofit was born in 2003 from a profound sense of discomfort. Like most people faced by uncomfortable conditions, we decided to do the regular thing. Build a heat chamber and hire a cool room, then begin product testing.  Just like everyone does, right? 

 

You could say things got out of hand when experiments began to be conducted in our own home. The results of our product testing experiments provided valuable lessons.  We got behind the gloss and sales pitches.  We know what works and what does not. 

 

More than 20 years and 20,000 deep retrofits later, we’d like to think we know a thing or two about it. That passion (well ok, it's actually an obsession) that led to us building heat chambers and hiring cool rooms is still here. Driving us every day to bring you the latest and best performing products and techniques… all without the fancy gloss.
