Q: Where is Polymax manufactured? 
A: Two locations - Sydney and Perth.  Insulation manufactured in Sydney can be shipped, cost effectively around Australia. 

Q: Do minimum order quantities apply (MOQs)?
A: Yes, they do. The minimum order for the 450mm wide it is 5 packs.  The 430mm wide variant has no minimum order quantity and is often held in stock. 

Q: Can I collect my order from the Perth manufacturing plant?
A: No, unfortunately collection is unavailable from the Perth manufacturing plant.

Q: Where can you deliver to?  
A: We can ship to all suburbs of Perth and surrounding areas.  Regional freighters may be able to deliver to regional areas in Western Australia.  Please contact us with your location for a freight quote. 

Q: How will my order be delivered? 
A: Either by a CSR driver or a specialist courier, depending upon your location in Western Australia.  

To avoid stress, please do not book any trades people until you have received your insulation order.
