Can I collect my order?
Yes, there are Pickup options in the checkout process for Melbourne, Perth and near Launceston.
You will be notified of the pickup locations once your order has been placed and availability for collection has been confirmed. Please check the Product Specifications to ensure you have sufficient capacity in your vehicle / trailer.

The freight costs for regional Victoria, WA and Tasmania will reflect the distance travelled. The delivery cost is the same regardless of whether it is one bag or a whole truck. Consider sharing with your neighbours to split the freight cost.

How will my order be delivered?
We will contact you to make a mutually convenient time for your delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to remote locations and difficult access in some parts of Australia, delivery is ONLY quoted to your letterbox.

What if it is raining?

As you have ordered polyester insulation, it won't matter if the insulation or bags get wet. It will just dry out. Unlike other insulation types, you won't have to replace the whole order.

What if I don't live in Victoria, Perth or Tasmania and want this great insulation?

You are very welcome to purchase online AND arrange your own freight. We are seeking to expand our geographic range and will advise when we have new locations available.

Value Poly Underfloor Insulation

Ecomaster provided an excellent product and service from initial enquiry to product delivery and ongoing advice. I am a DIY first time installer of the underfloor insulation. Michael provided excellent advice and guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable of the product, the tools (staple guns), and energy efficiency and insulation more broadly. He was able to guide me through the installation and offer some helpful hints to speed up the process, e.g., laying sheeting down to avoid dirt getting into the eyes, among others. He and a colleague was able to give me an accurate estimate of the amount of Ploy underfloor insulation. I had to ring back and revise the estimate down. No problem. There no wastage. I rang Michael a couple of times to seek advice with the insulation. He was patient, and expertise on how to place the insulation over the bearers and the direction to place the insulation. This advice and his encouragement (this is not the most pleasant job you will do) was helpful and meant I stayed the course and completed the job in some difficult, tight places. All up, I would HIGHLY recommend Ecomaster.

Simple and effective.

I purchased 5 of the EMV slimline door seals. Only one door required a bit of sanding to ensure correct fitment of the product. Follow the YouTube DIY installation video and you can't go wrong. Quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Valve cosy is making a difference.

Definitely reduces heat loss at the valve. Heat loss can be further reduced by adding insulation to the copper pipe below the valve cosy.
