What is draught proofing, and why is it important?
Draught proofing means sealing up all the gaps (big and small) where air sneaks in or out of your home—around windows, doors, vents, chimneys, and even curtains. It’s one of the easiest and most effective ways to improve comfort, reduce energy waste, and lower your heating and cooling bills.
